RevenueOS: Centralized Revenue Tracker & Financial Visibility for Smarter Decisions

RevenueOS: Centralized Revenue Tracker & Financial Visibility for Smarter Decisions

Unified revenue dashboard that pulls from multiple sources to track trends, sales performance, and channel contribution in real time

Snapshot

Problem: Revenue scattered across Stripe, PayPal, CRM, and other platforms with no unified reporting or source tracking, marketing unable to decide on winning products, sales unable to report performance, founder chasing everyone.

Solution: Centralized, always-on dashboard, connected to all payment and CRM sources

Results:

  • Full visibility into daily, weekly, and monthly revenue

  • Clean attribution by channel, offer, and lead source

  • Enabled daily operations and team reporting from a single source of truth

  • Spotted and eliminated 28% of low-yield traffic spend within the first month

  • Reduced reporting time from 2–3 hours per week to under 10 minutes

The Problem

The business had strong inbound sales but no way to reliably track what was actually working. Revenue came from Stripe, PayPal and some times Wire transfers.

Sales calls were booked through either Calendly, manually, or through forms .

Closes were tracked in Close CRM.

Every report had to be stitched together manually.

Leaders couldn’t see:

  • How much came in yesterday

  • Which offer or funnel was performing best

  • Where deals were stalling

  • How each sales rep was performing in real time

Decisions were delayed. Team alignment suffered. Growth bottlenecks went unseen until the end of the month.

The Solution

We built a centralized revenue tracker that served as the live reporting hub for the entire business. It merged raw payment data, CRM deal flow, and Typeform lead entries into a clean, queryable dashboard.

The system:

  • Updated automatically from all sources

  • Showed offer-level revenue by day, week, and month

  • Grouped and filtered by lead source, rep, and payment status

Served as the team’s primary operating panel for sales performance

What We Implemented

  • Stripe + PayPal Integration
All transactions pulled into a database with real-time status sync, offer tagging, and refund tracking.

  • CRM Deal Sync
Live pipeline data flowed into the tracker;  stage, rep, lead source, and deal value and auto-linked to payments.

  • Lead Capture Tracking
Booking form entries tied to resulting payments and deals, giving a full view from opt-in to revenue.

  • Channel Breakdown
Revenue attributed by UTM, referral source, or sales rep tag. Helped identify which channels drove real revenue.

  • Interface Dashboard
Custom views for founders, ops, and sales managers; each seeing exactly what mattered, updated in real time.

The Outcome

Real-Time Revenue View
The team could open the dashboard and see revenue from the last 24 hours, week, or month; segmented by offer, rep, or source.

Simplified Ops Reporting
No more pulling data from five tools. Reports and snapshots were ready in seconds for weekly team meetings or async updates.

Better Channel Decisions
Marketing and sales teams identified low-conversion ad sources and paused them fast, reallocating spend toward what worked.

Frictionless Sync Across Teams
Everyone from marketing to fulfillment used the same view. No more misalignment or lag on performance data.

Why This Matters

If you don’t know where your revenue is coming from, you can’t double down on what’s working or fix what’s not.

This system gave the team the clarity and control they needed to grow — without depending on finance or ops to pull data every time.
