The Problem

The business had strong inbound sales but no way to reliably track what was actually working. Revenue came from Stripe and PayPal. Sales calls were booked through Typeform. Closes were tracked in Close CRM. Every report had to be stitched together manually.

The Solution

We built a centralized revenue tracker that served as the live reporting hub for the entire business. It merged raw payment data, CRM deal flow, and Typeform lead entries into a clean, queryable dashboard.

    Live pipeline data flowed into the tracker;  stage, rep, lead source, and deal value and auto-linked to payments.

    Booking form entries tied to resulting payments and deals, giving a full view from opt-in to revenue.

  • Channel Breakdown
    Revenue attributed by UTM, referral source, or sales rep tag. Helped identify which channels drove real revenue.


  • Interface Dashboard
    Custom views for founders, ops, and sales managers; each seeing exactly what mattered, updated in real time.
