Revenue operations, or RevOps, connects the processes and data behind sales and revenue. At OMD Growth, that includes CRM workflows, lead routing, payment reporting, and attribution: seeing which channels and activities contribute to sales.

Yes. The Friction-First Method starts with the constraint that matters most. That could be one sales pipeline, a reporting workflow, or client onboarding. The build is scoped around the problem, then connected to the rest of your operation.

Will we need to replace our current tools?

Usually, no. We start with the tools you already use and how your team works. A replacement is considered when an existing tool prevents the required workflow from working. If you are starting from scratch, we can build the foundation with you.

Most full installations take 30–90 days, depending on scope, complexity, and access. We start with the audit and build plan so the priorities are clear before implementation. Individual case-study timelines reflect those projects, not a standard delivery promise.

You keep the access, documentation, and workflows, and your team is trained to operate them. Ownership and usage rights are set out in your Service Agreement. When the next bottleneck appears, we can discuss the next build.
