This template writes it down in ClickUp. Statuses run from paid to onboarded, with the tasks between them: welcome email, contract filed, portal access, intake form, kickoff booked, kickoff agenda, first deliverable, the check-in after two weeks and more. Each task has an owner role (Founder, OBM, VA or Coach), a due day counted from the payment and a short checklist in its description.
You import one CSV file. The setup guide shows which statuses and fields to create first and how to map the columns, then how to save the list as a template you reuse for every client.
