When Stripe says paid, an onboarding task opens in ClickUp with an owner and a due date, the buyer gets your welcome email and your team hears about it in Slack.
A buyer pays. Then the welcome email, the access invite and the kickoff wait until someone notices the sale.
This workflow starts the handoff from the payment itself. A completed Stripe checkout creates an onboarding task in ClickUp with the buyer's name, product and email, assigned and due two days later. The buyer gets your welcome email with their first name and what they bought. A message lands in your onboarding channel in Slack.
It comes as an n8n workflow you import in one step, and as a written Zapier recipe if you'd rather build it there. You edit one settings block (your email copy, the assignee, the channel) and connect your accounts.
