Monday's review usually means scrolling Slack, a spreadsheet and your own memory, then closing the laptop with nothing decided.
Paste it all in, Slack threads and spreadsheet rows and notes from calls, and the skill sorts it into one page. It lists what moved, with the numbers you gave it, and what stalled. Every stuck item gets an owner and a date, or is marked unassigned so the gap is visible. Then come the decisions only you can make, and next week's three priorities.
